One clear customer record
Customer context, projects, private files, payments and installed equipment remain connected instead of being scattered across separate tools.
One digital system for the building, the customer and the work behind every installation.
We rebuilt Maintherm from a traditional WordPress presence into a complete energy-business platform: clear public communication, technical knowledge, project operations and field execution working as one system.

We build toward this benchmark and verify each launch separately. Results can vary by page, device, network and test conditions.
A complete digital foundation for an energy business. The public website explains complex building-energy decisions clearly and turns each service into a useful route for discovery and contact.
Behind it sits a private operating platform for customers, projects, technicians, warehouses, materials, equipment, payments and field work. The result is not a collection of disconnected features. It is one system shaped around how the company communicates, delivers and supports its work.
The platform follows the real relationship between a customer, a project, the people doing the work and the equipment that must remain supportable years later.
Customer context, projects, private files, payments and installed equipment remain connected instead of being scattered across separate tools.
Projects, calendars, technician assignments, checklists and progress give the office a practical view of active work.
Warehouses, materials and field issues connect stock movement to the project where each item is actually used.
Serial numbers, installation details, warranty information and future service reminders follow equipment beyond project completion.
Heat pumps, photovoltaics, air conditioning, solar water heating, natural gas, radiators and water filtration each have their own focused path. Technical information is shaped around the questions a customer is actually trying to answer.
The right solution is selected from the building, not from a catalogue.
The installable technician experience is intentionally focused. Each technician sees assigned active projects and the tools required to document the visit, while commercial and unrelated business data stays outside their view.
Equipment remains traceable through a unique serial number, installation context, warranty information, service history and the next action the business needs to remember.
Backend-enforced roles, protected financial fields, multi-factor authentication and audit history make permissions part of the system rather than a visual promise.
Structured pages, source-backed guides, canonical metadata, Article and Breadcrumb schema, internal links, a database-backed sitemap and dynamic AI context support discovery.
The previous WordPress presence was replaced by a modern Laravel and React platform with rollback preserved, true 404 behavior, consent-aware analytics and no fabricated production records.
LineWeb rebuilt Maintherm as a complete digital platform: an AI-ready public energy website, a structured technical knowledge layer and a private business system for customers, projects, technicians, warehouses, materials, payments, equipment and field operations.
No. The public experience is one part of a wider operational system. The same project also includes role-based administration, project planning, technician workflows, warehouse and material control, equipment history, private documents and payment visibility.
The installable technician web application gives each technician access only to assigned active projects. It supports arrival and time sessions, checklists, material issues, notes, private photos, optional customer sign-off and structured submission back to the office.
The public site uses answer-first service pages and source-backed technical guides, route-specific metadata, canonical URLs, structured data, internal links, a database-backed sitemap and a dynamic llms.txt file. Important metadata and schema are available in the first HTML response.
The platform uses backend-enforced roles, permission-aware financial fields, multi-factor authentication for protected access, audit history and private attachments. Technician access is restricted to assigned work and excludes commercial financial data.
Maintherm was designed and developed by LineWeb as a custom Laravel, React and TypeScript platform built around the company’s public communication and real operating workflows.
Public clarity, business control and field execution now belong to the same digital foundation.
