Conference, programme and sponsor visibility
One connected system from first interest to the final check-in.
We built the digital foundation for the 13th Panhellenic Conference on Acoustics: public communication, registration, payment, billing, ticket delivery and reception operations working as one continuous journey.

We build toward this benchmark and verify each launch separately. Results can vary by page, device, network and test conditions.
A conference registration and operations platform, not only an event website. The public experience explains the conference, supports sponsors and guides each visitor toward the right participation route.
Behind it, registrations, contact leads, payments, billing details, Epsilon documents, personal QR tickets, messages and three-day arrivals remain connected in a private operational workspace.
The platform follows the participant from discovery to reception instead of asking the organizing team to reconnect each stage manually.
Conference, programme and sponsor visibility
Category, membership and billing choices
Viva Wallet or controlled bank workflow
AADE-assisted billing and Epsilon issuance
Confirmation, personal QR and clear guidance
Verified QR and admin-confirmed check-in
The form adapts to participation, membership, student and billing needs. When an invoice is requested, protected AADE assistance can reduce repetitive company-data entry before the team controls document issuance.
Status first, arrival only after staff confirmation
Each signed code resolves to the authoritative participant record. Reception staff see the registration, payment, document and access context before explicitly recording an arrival.
The admin layer is designed for repeated action on desktop and for fast access from the phones and tablets the team will carry during the conference.
Member, non-member, student and day-pass choices move through one responsive registration journey with payment, billing and communication context preserved.
Viva Wallet and bank-transfer flows connect to a focused admin view where the team can confirm payment and control when each receipt or invoice is issued.
Personal QR tickets, daily access rules, camera or image scanning and explicit staff confirmation keep the reception process fast without weakening validation.
An installable mobile-first admin workspace brings registrations, messages, sponsors, attendance and operational notifications closer to the people running the event.
We do not publish private registration, revenue or campaign volumes. The meaningful result is a clearer route from awareness to participation and a more dependable operating model behind the event.
The public experience, lead forms and registration funnel give visitors a clear next step while preserving the context the organizing team needs.
VAT lookup, payment status, document issuance, ticket delivery and attendance are connected instead of being reconstructed across unrelated tools.
The same system supports promotion before the conference, commercial operations during registration and controlled arrivals across all three days.
Structured event content, focused public routes, sponsor presentation and maintained discovery files create a clear machine-readable conference entity.
GA4 and coordinated Pixel/CAPI measurement follow genuine successful submissions and payment outcomes rather than treating clicks or validation errors as results.
Optional tracking waits for consent, private admin APIs stay protected and personal QR codes avoid carrying participant data inside the code itself.
LineWeb built a connected conference platform for Akoustiki 2026: the public event experience, registration and lead flows, online and bank payments, AADE-assisted billing details, controlled Epsilon Smart document issuance, confirmation emails, personal QR tickets, a private admin workspace and three-day attendance operations.
No. The website is the public layer of a wider operational system. Registration, payment, billing, ticket delivery, sponsor content, messages, analytics and on-site arrivals are designed as connected stages rather than separate tasks.
When invoice details are required, an eligible nine-digit Greek VAT number can be checked through a protected server-side AADE lookup. Valid company information can then assist the billing form, reducing repetitive typing and avoidable data-entry errors.
Paid registrations remain visible to the organizing team, which controls when the appropriate receipt or invoice is issued through Epsilon Smart. The resulting document can then be retrieved and sent through the conference communication flow.
Each eligible participant receives a personal signed QR that contains no personal data. Staff can scan it with a camera or image, review the authoritative registration and payment status, and then explicitly confirm the arrival. Full-event and single-day access follow separate rules across 16, 17 and 18 October 2026.
Contact and registration events are recorded only after a genuine backend success and only with the relevant consent. Google Analytics and coordinated Meta Pixel/CAPI event IDs support cleaner measurement without treating clicks or failed submissions as completed leads.
The Akoustiki Conference 2026 digital platform and its connected registration, billing and attendance workflows were designed and developed by LineWeb around the real operational needs of the conference and its organizing team.
Communication, payment, documents, personal access and on-site action now belong to one dependable foundation.
