What you need to know

The plugin does not decide eligibility or deadlines, cancel orders or issue refunds. It is not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. Greek language packs depend on translation approval at WordPress.org.

Test on staging first and keep a restorable backup. Read the README and licence in the public repository for current instructions.

A common question

Does submitting the form automatically issue a refund?

No. The plugin records and acknowledges the statement. Assessment, cancellation and any refund remain the store's responsibility.
